Freshness at home

Keep aroma in and kitchen humidity out.

Once opened, transfer nuts to a well-sealed container and keep them away from steam, sunlight and strongly aromatic foods. For larger packs, divide the quantity so only one container is opened frequently.

Roasted and seasoned nuts are best enjoyed while their aroma and surface texture are at their brightest. Raw nuts are versatile pantry ingredients and can be toasted in small quantities immediately before use.

Selecting the right pack

Choose by how you plan to taste, cook or compare.

A good purchase starts with use rather than a label. Whole raw nuts give you the clearest view of the kernel itself; gently roasted batches emphasise aroma and crunch; mixed flights are designed for comparison; larger pantry packs suit repeated cooking and everyday snacking. We keep those purposes distinct so it is easier to choose without guessing.

For direct tasting

Choose raw or lightly roasted single-origin packs. Taste them at room temperature, beginning with the mildest sample. A smaller pack is often enough when your goal is to compare texture, sweetness and finish rather than stock a pantry.

For the kitchen

Think about the final texture you need. Almonds and hazelnuts hold a firm crunch in chopped applications; cashews blend into a softer texture; walnuts and pecans bring a more aromatic character to baking, salads and savoury dishes.

For sharing

Curated mixes and tasting flights are portioned to create variety without combining everything into one flavour. Separate compartments or labelled packs let each nut keep its own aroma and make group comparison much easier.

Storage after opening

Reseal the pack promptly, keep it away from heat, moisture and strongly scented ingredients, and use clean dry utensils. If you transfer nuts to another container, choose one that closes tightly and label it with the variety and opening date.
